Today, the company is based in Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK. We support clients and learners anywhere using our unique blended learning techniques. We have offices around the world and the diversity within our own team enables us to deliver better results no matter where we are operating.
A key thread that runs through the senior leaders and key advisers is transformation – having led fundamental change initiatives around the world in companies large and small. That focus on major change runs through our service ethos and we often offer something a little different to the mainstream in our industries.
The company operates in two divisions – one focused on talent acquisition and the other focused on talent development. However, our program clients receive the best of both worlds as much of the underlying knowledge and detail in these two divisions is complementary.
Vision Achievement was formed by an amalgamation of consulting and advisory companies, originally established in New York in 1996. The key thread through all these companies was a deep passion for identifying and developing great skills and building people up, regardless of their current position or education level. We wanted to develop people anywhere and everywhere we could. To give people a chance that they might not otherwise have had.
