What We Do
- Our independent director package provides everything you need to interview the top candidates, ready for offer and background checking. You will be assigned a senior recruiter, who is currently an independent director themselves, who will manage the search and be the person you work with throughout.
- Once you have given us your expectations for the role, and the most likely personal attributes to fit the role, we take over from there and do all the work until presenting you with our recommended candidate longlist.
- You will be able to review the longlist and decide who should go forward to the shortlist.
- We take over again and perform a full preliminary interview and a personal attribute assessment with the shortlist candidates.
- A brief written report will be prepared listing each candidate’s pros and cons.
- We will manage your interview schedule with candidates.
- We provide full concierge services to candidates who are present in the UAE.
- When you have selected someone, made an offer and they have accepted, we will notify the remaining unsuccessful candidates.
- If you were not able to make an offer, our recruiting team will look through additional applicants. We will not stop until you have found the match you want.
