Your Transition at Work Club provides expert training on how to find a great job, how to handle the first few days and all the topics that help you make a fantastic first impression at your new place of work. When you are settled at work, you can then access many of our general courses depending on what you do and what you need to learn. And it’s only £11 a month for life*, ($15.00 outside UK)

Club members suggest new topics they’d like to learn too, so we always develop new courses to meet the most pressing needs of our members.
Our online courses contain lots of exercises, many of which you can do away from home such 0as observing, counting, assessing, playing games and more. Learning can be great fun too!
You’ll get a minimum of one new online course each month. Plus, you can attend up to two of our live mentoring seminars (using Zoom) each month. Here, people with experience in running organizations will help you understand the basics, resulting in being successful from the very first day and beyond.
Solve YOUR Issues and Concerns
Bring your ideas or problems you have faced and let the experts so you can discuss alternative ways to handle them. We even have a confidential help line if you do not wish to share your idea with other learners which gives you even greater confidentiality and confidence.
Very important: we are not sponsored by government, employers or anybody other than our members, so our advice is given exclusively with your benefit in mind. As a result you might find some of our mentoring and advice a little different to mainstream ideas. You may find some of our ideas controversial because we speak the language of change! And we will change your confidence level for the better.
