  • If you are a new client, we will ask some induction questions
  • We will ask for the job posting details and create a job posting for you to approve
  • We will set up a life skills assessment with you for each role you are hiring for
  • Work with our team to agree on the job posting and the best places to locate candidates
  • Receive a long list of candidates from which you can pick about 50% for further interview
  • Highlight any specific questions you wish to ahem answered before shortlisting
  • Receive a short list of candidates fully interviewed, and assessed with our recommendations
  • Discuss with us your findings on each shortlisted candidate
  • Work with us to schedule interviews (in person, virtual, or by telephone)
  • Write an offer letter to the successful candidate
  • We keep the #2 in line in case of issues with the primary candidate
  • Remember, we take care of corresponding with every applicant, at every stage
