- We will ask for the job posting details and create a job posting for you to approve
- We will set up a life skills assessment with you for each role you are hiring for
- Work with our team to agree on the job posting and the best places to locate candidates
- Receive a long list of candidates from which you can pick about 50% for further interview
- Highlight any specific questions you wish to ahem answered before shortlisting
- Receive a short list of candidates fully interviewed, and assessed with our recommendations
- Discuss with us your findings on each shortlisted candidate
- Work with us to schedule interviews (in person, virtual, or by telephone)
- Write an offer letter to the successful candidate
- We keep the #2 in line in case of issues with the primary candidate
- Remember, we take care of corresponding with every applicant, at every stage
- Stripe is our payment processor and keeps all financial information about you confidential. Vision Achievement never receives any of your financial data.
