The “culture” of a workplace is the norms, behaviours, and standards in common, everyday practice. A culture that is well-matched to strategy is empowering, however, a mismatch can damage or even destroy.

Assessment

Working on a project basis, we assess using observation, interview, review of any feedback, and use of governance functions by team members.

Planning

Working on a project, or bi-annual basis we facilitate the implementation of your development plan to move the cultural norms closer to the desired model.

  • Building a cultural change plan for the workplace
  • Risk assessing the changes among various work groups
  • Identifying the most willing potential facilitators of change
  • Developing the facilitators for sustainability
  • Identifying the metrics that will show change is happening and delivering what was expected

Delivery

Working on a retained semi-permanent basis, or on a time-bound project basis we provide any or all of these services.

  • Ongoing facilitator training and development
  • Testing for the level of change occurring
  • Tracking that the modifications are delivering what was expected
  • Mentoring and coaching people, especially facilitators
  • Reviewing recruiting and retention strategies to ensure the right people join and stay
  • Transition people into new roles where necessary
