  • Highlight any specific questions you wish to ahem answered before short listing
  • Receive a short list of candidates fully interviewed, and assessed with our recommendations
  • Discuss with us your findings on each short list candidate
  • Work with us to schedule interviews (in person, virtual or telephone)
  • Write an offer letter to the successful candidate
  • We keep the #2 in line in case of issues with the primary candidate
